A very innovative company, Child’s Own Studio, creates soft toys based on actual kids’ drawings. What a simple but funny personalized idea.
Here are some examples:
Blue nosed and eyelashed Martian thing?
A two Legged rainbow cat…or dog…or possibly tiger
A black and blue eared Indian elephant (or possibly African)
Simply called ‘Monkey Butt’ by its creator
Would have loved to have found this site when the kids were younger – could have had some seriously messed up toys in our house !! Hehe
The heading seems weird but it is absolutely true!
A small UK company, Brewdog, which produces a range of strong beers, produced 11 bottles of a beer called ‘End of History’ that had 55% alcohol content.
To make it even edgier, they sold these beers packed inside 7 real dead squirrels and 4 dead stoats that had been found as road-kill, and prepared for them by a taxidermist!!
Cost : 500 pounds sterling per bottle !!
However, for those who will try anything once in their life, going nose to nose with a dead squirrel while drinking a 55% alcohol content beer has got to be up there among ‘things you can tell your grandchildren about!!’
Incredible series of portrait drawings from the 1950s showing the effects of LSD on an artist’s ability to draw the same person.
Click on the image to view a video showing the evolution of his portrait drawings, up to 8 hours after taking acid !!
Thanks to my friend, Normand Miron for posting this amazing duct tape artist on Facebook.
The frighteningly talented dutch street artist, Max Zorn, simply uses duct tape and a scalpel to create amazing pieces of art. He then uses street lights to backlight his work.
Click on image to see how he does it
I wonder if Mr Zorn used to be a plumber and merely stumbled upon his talent whilst fixing a leaky pipe! Probably not!
Check out one of the most unusual and bizarre classified ads ever seen in Craigslist. Is there really an artist that specializes in these types of things?!!! Click on the image to read the ad !Hehe.
